Terms of Service

Overview

Welcome to MIDlife Blush.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MIDlife Blush. MIDlife Blush operates this website and online store, including related information, content, features, tools, products, bookings and services.

Our website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and services to you.

These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when you visit our website, make a purchase, book a retreat, book a workshop, download digital content, or use any of our services.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or booking through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Section 1: Who We Are

Our business details are:

Section 2: Access and Account

By using our website, you confirm that you are old enough to enter into a contract in your country of residence.

You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, payment information and booking details.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You are also responsible for any activity that takes place through your account.

You must not transfer, sell, share or assign your account to another person.

Section 3: Our Products and Services

We do our best to describe our products, services, retreats, workshops and digital content accurately.

However, colours, packaging, product appearance and images may look slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, photography, lighting and natural variation in materials or ingredients.

Natural products may vary slightly from batch to batch. This can include colour, texture, scent, finish or appearance.

We may update, change, discontinue or limit products, services, retreats, workshops, digital content or offers at any time.

Section 4: Skincare, Cosmetics and Personal Care Products

Where we sell skincare, cosmetics, toiletries or personal care products, these are supplied for personal use only.

Please read all product information carefully before use, including ingredients, directions, warnings and suitability information.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested or handled skincare, cosmetics, toiletries and personal care items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, medical concerns, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us before use or seek professional advice where appropriate.

Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Section 5: Retreats, Workshops and Events

MIDlife Blush may offer retreats, workshops, events, talks, experiences or other bookable services.

Each retreat, workshop or event may have its own booking information, price, payment schedule, location, start time, finish time, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms.

Please read the individual booking page carefully before placing your booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until we have accepted it and payment, or the required deposit, has been received.

Section 6: Retreat Deposits

Deposits paid for MIDlife Blush retreats are non refundable.

Your deposit secures your place and allows us to make commitments to venues, suppliers, administration, planning, catering, materials and preparation.

If you choose to cancel your retreat booking, your deposit will not be refunded.

Any balance payment terms will be shown on the relevant retreat booking page or provided to you before the balance is due.

Section 7: Retreat Balance Payments and Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your retreat place after paying your balance, please contact us as soon as possible at:

hello@midlifeblush.co.uk

Refunds for balance payments may depend on:

how close the cancellation is to the retreat date
whether we are able to refill your place
venue, catering, accommodation or supplier commitments already made
materials, administration or planning costs already incurred
the cancellation terms stated on the individual retreat booking page

Where possible, we may allow you to transfer your place to another suitable person. This must be approved by us in advance.

We strongly recommend that you arrange suitable travel or event insurance when booking a retreat.

Section 8: If We Cancel or Change a Retreat, Workshop or Event

If we need to cancel a retreat, workshop or event, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Where we cancel the booking ourselves, we will usually offer one of the following options:

a transfer to a future date, where available
a credit towards another MIDlife Blush experience
a refund of the amount paid to us for that booking

We are not responsible for additional costs you may have arranged separately, such as travel, accommodation, insurance, pet care, childcare, time off work, clothing, equipment or other personal arrangements.

We may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to a retreat, workshop or event. This may include changes to timings, tutors, activities, venues, menus, materials or the running order.

Where a significant change is required, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.

Section 9: Health, Wellbeing and Personal Responsibility

MIDlife Blush may share lifestyle, wellbeing, skincare, beauty, food, movement, retreat and personal development content.

This content is for general information and inspiration only.

It is not medical advice, mental health advice, nutritional advice, financial advice, legal advice or a substitute for professional support.

You are responsible for deciding whether any retreat, workshop, event, product, activity or content is suitable for you.

Please tell us in advance about any relevant allergies, dietary needs, access needs, health conditions, mobility concerns, pregnancy, medication considerations or anything else that may affect your ability to safely take part in a retreat, workshop or event.

We will do our best to support reasonable requests, but we cannot guarantee that every need can be accommodated.

Section 10: Orders

When you place an order or booking, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order or booking for any reasonable reason, including stock issues, pricing errors, payment issues, incorrect details, suspected fraud, availability, or because a retreat, workshop or event is full.

Your order or booking is not accepted until we confirm it.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order, retreat, workshop or event booking has been accepted.

Your purchases and bookings are also subject to our Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy.

Section 11: Prices and Payment

Prices, discounts, deposits, payment plans and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order or booking, unless there is an obvious error.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges, customs charges, import duties or additional third party fees.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and contact information.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Section 12: Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, weather, strikes, public holidays, events outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

hello@midlifeblush.co.uk

Section 13: Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are handled in line with our Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

In particular, your legal rights remain in place if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Section 14: Digital Products and Downloads

We may sell or provide digital products, downloads, guides, templates, workbooks or online resources.

Digital products are for personal use only unless we clearly state otherwise.

You must not copy, share, resell, publish, distribute, upload, reproduce or commercially exploit our digital content without our written permission.

Where digital content is made available immediately, your cancellation rights may be affected once you have accessed or downloaded the content.

Section 15: Intellectual Property

All content on our website belongs to MIDlife Blush, our related businesses, our licensors, or the relevant content owner.

This includes text, images, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, videos, audio, downloads, guides, recipes, retreat materials, product names, branding, layout and website content.

You may use our website for personal, non commercial use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, share, download, store, scrape, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

MIDlife Blush names, logos, product names, service names, retreat names, designs, slogans and branding must not be used without our prior written consent.

Section 16: Optional Tools and Third Party Services

Our website may use third party tools, apps, payment providers, booking tools, analytics services, email platforms or embedded features.

These tools are provided by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy policies and operating rules.

We are not responsible for third party tools, websites or services that we do not control.

Your use of third party tools is at your own discretion and risk.

Section 17: Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to third party websites, resources, articles, services, social media platforms, venues, collaborators or suppliers.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, policies or practices of third party websites.

If you choose to leave our website and visit a third party website, you do so at your own risk.

If you send us feedback, reviews, testimonials, comments, photographs, suggestions or other content, you confirm that the content is yours to share and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree that we may use feedback, reviews or testimonials to improve, promote or explain our products, services, retreats, workshops or website.

We will use care and discretion when sharing customer feedback publicly.

If you do not want your name, image or words used publicly, please tell us clearly in writing.
