Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy

Thank you for shopping with MIDlife Blush.

We want you to feel confident when booking a retreat, purchasing a product, or placing an order with us. This policy explains when refunds, returns and cancellations may apply.

Product Returns

We have a 30 day return policy for eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unopened
unused
in its original packaging
in the same condition that you received it
accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Skincare, Cosmetics and Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on skincare, cosmetics, toiletries, beauty products, or personal care items once they have been opened, used, tested, or handled.

This includes, but is not limited to:

skincare products
cosmetics
balms
creams
oils
soaps
body products
personal care items

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect.

Retreat Deposits

Deposits paid for MIDlife Blush retreats are non refundable.

Your deposit secures your place and allows us to make commitments to venues, suppliers, planning, catering, administration and preparation.

If you choose to cancel your retreat booking, your deposit will not be refunded.

If a further balance payment is due, the cancellation terms for that balance will be explained at the time of booking or in the individual retreat information.

Retreat Balance Payments and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your retreat place after paying your balance, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Refunds for balance payments may depend on how close the cancellation is to the retreat date, whether we are able to refill your place, and any costs already committed to venues, food, tutors, materials, accommodation or third party suppliers.

Where possible, we may offer to transfer your place to another person, subject to availability and our approval.

If We Need to Cancel or Change a Retreat

If MIDlife Blush has to cancel a retreat, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Where we cancel the retreat ourselves, we will offer one of the following options:

a transfer to a future retreat or event, where available
a credit towards another MIDlife Blush experience
a refund of the amount paid to us for that booking

We are not responsible for additional costs you may have arranged separately, such as travel, accommodation before or after the retreat, insurance, childcare, pet care, or time off work.

We strongly recommend taking out suitable travel or event insurance if you are booking a retreat.

Damages, Faults and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

We will review the issue and do our best to put things right.

Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

opened or used skincare products
opened or used cosmetics
personal care products where hygiene may be affected
gift cards
downloadable or digital products once accessed or downloaded
personalised, bespoke or custom made items
sale or clearance items, unless faulty

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not usually offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, if it is eligible for return, and then place a new order.

Online Orders and Cooling Off Period

If you buy eligible products online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, this right does not usually apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reach your account. Your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
