Shipping Policy

Retreat Bookings and Events

MIDlife Blush retreat experiences and events are delivered in person. No physical goods are shipped as part of your booking.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Further retreat details, joining instructions and pre-retreat information will be sent by email in the weeks leading up to your retreat date.

If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us at hello@midlifeblush.co.uk.

Branded Merchandise

Physical merchandise orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days of your order being placed, subject to availability.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked as standard. If you would prefer 1st Class, this is available as an upgrade at checkout.

We currently ship physical products to UK addresses only.
