Midlife Blush retreats are created for women who want space to pause without pressure, move without performance, eat well, laugh easily and reconnect with themselves in beautiful surroundings.
This is not about fixing yourself. It is about stepping away from the noise for a little while and remembering what it feels like to be looked after.
Come exactly as you are
You do not need to be sporty, spiritual, perfectly rested or wearing matching activewear.
Join the walks, run if that helps you reset, try a cold water dip if you fancy it, or stay wrapped in a blanket with a coffee and a view.
Everything is optional. The invitation is simple: take what you need.

Arrive from 4pm, settle in, enjoy welcome drinks and a grazing table, then gather for a relaxed evening meal.
Saturday
Slow breakfast, optional walk, run or cold water dip, time to rest or explore, lunch, Botanical Bath Truffle Workshop, shared evening meal and fireside chats.
Sunday
Slow breakfast, final coffee, gentle goodbyes and departure late morning.
A three night retreat with more time to settle in, move, rest, create and reconnect at a more relaxed pace.
Tuesday
Arrive from 4pm, enjoy welcome drinks and a grazing table, settle into the house, then gather for a relaxed evening meal.
Wednesday
Slow breakfast, optional walk, run or cold water dip, lunch, free time to rest or explore, then a shared evening meal and relaxed conversation.
Thursday
Slow breakfast, Pillow and Room Spray Workshop, lunch, time to pause, wander or simply do very little, followed by a final evening meal.
Friday
Breakfast, final coffee, gentle goodbyes and departure late morning.
